We have five suites at the Inn, three in the Carriage House and two in the Main House. Each suite has some unique features to make your stay at the Inn a memorable one.
Our suites are wonderful accommodation selections. A variety of suite options provide accommodations for four to six occupants. All suites have access to a refrigerator and microwave either en-suite or in the butler's pantry (for suites located in the Carriage House). Deluxe Suite Details
The Sail Loft Suite
The Sail Loft Suite is our largest room, accommodating up to six guests. The suite features a private deck, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. The room includes a small kitchenette with a table, microwave, and freezer. The room can sleep up to six people.

The Henry Beston Suite
One of our most popular guest rooms named after the naturalist writer, who in 1926 spent a year living near the Coast Guard Beach a few miles from the Inn. The Henry Beston Suite is a two-room, one and a half bath suite featuring a plush king-sized bed, two twin beds, and a claw-footed soaking tub. The suite comfortably accommodates up to four people.

Workshop Suite
This two room suite has a queen bed in the main room and additional sleeping in the second room. This is one of our pet-friendly rooms, with a private entrance and easy access to the yard. A small kitchen at the entrance of the carriage house is perfect for light meals.

Tack Room
Enter through the main gate of the Carriage House, or enter through your own private entrance. This is one of our pet-friendly rooms with easy access to the yard. It is a great room for an extended stay, with access to a small kitchen in the entrance way of the Carriage House.

The Deluxe Rooms are a special selection of accommodations offering unique amenities to complement the charm of a stay at the inn. Seacrest Room
The Seacrest Room has just been renamed and renovated and is now one of our most enticing rooms. The room features a queen size bed, antique writing desk and dresser, and is decorated with many interesting nautical pictures and artifacts.

Sunrise Room
People love the roomy Sunrise Room, waking to the light of a Cape Cod morning. The room features a queen size bed, and large bathroom, antique writing desk and dresser, sitting area, and more. The cathedral ceiling disperses the natural light and bathes this room in a warm glow.

Sunset Room
Newly renovated, the Sunset Room is one of our larger guest rooms, with a queen size bed, writing desk, and a larger bathroom. The bed and writing desk are facing the large bay windows so you can sit at the desk or lie in bed at the end of the day and watch the sun set over Cape Cod Bay.

Garden Room
The only room on the first floor of the Inn, the Garden Room has some special features, including your own fireplace, a private porch, and your own entrance. This is a great room for those who seek privacy, but also want to be close to the public rooms of the Inn.

Captain’s Room
The Inn at the Oaks was originally built for a sea captain, and you’ll feel like you’re master of the house in this cozy and comfortable room which includes a gas stove, writing desk, and a large bathroom with a clawfoot tub. The room is decorated with period pictures of ships and nautical scenes.

The Standard Rooms are comfortably appointed accommodations offering either a king bed, a queen bed, or two twin beds. These are rooms for the budget conscious, but are still lovely and comfortable. Each has a private bath across the hallway.
The Nauset Room
Located on the second floor, this room has many period details. This room has two twin-size beds. Your private bathroom is across the hall.
