The Inn at the Oaks is a charming 13 room bed and breakfast located in historic Eastham, MA.
The Inn at the Oaks offers spacious and light-filled accommodations, delectable and nourishing breakfasts, thoughtful amenities, and an unfaltering attention to detail that will ensure that your Cape Cod vacation experience will be cherished for years to come.
We have a variety of rooms that will suit every taste and budget. We have four suites that are perfect for longer stays, and eight rooms in the Main House, many with special features like a fire place, a wood stove, or a soaking tub. We also have special pet friendly rooms in our Carriage House.
The Inn is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay, conveniently located on State Highway (Route 6). Beautiful beaches are located within easy biking or driving distance, and the nearby salt ponds offer wonderful opportunities to enjoy the nature and history of the outer cape.
Eastham is the "Gateway to the National Seashore" where you will find forty miles of pristine sandy beach, marshes, ponds, and uplands. Lighthouses, cultural landscapes, and wild cranberry bogs offer a glimpse of Cape Cod’s past and continuing ways of life. Swimming beaches and walking and biking trails beckon every one with an appreciation for nature’s great gifts.
