POLICIES: All of our rates are based on double occupancy and include an extended continental breakfast each morning. Additional guests (ages 5 to 105) may be accommodated in certain rooms at an additional rate of $25 per night. – please inquire via phone or email. State & local occupancy tax is extra.
Deposits: Reservations for one, two or three nights require a full deposit via major credit card and is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations of four nights or more a three night deposit is required with the balance being automatically charged to the credit card on file 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Deposits are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations 14 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Check-in: 3pm – 7pm Check-out: 11am.
Late Arrival: We are happy to accommodate late arrivals and you may arrive anytime you please. Guests arriving after-hours will receive an envelope with a welcome letter with details of the amenities, directions to their room and of course room keys. There is an ‘after-hours’ number to call if you have an emergency.
Pets: We love well behaved dogs! We have four pet friendly rooms in the Inn. One large dog or two small dogs are allowed. We ask all guests to sign a waiver at check-in stating that the guest is responsible for any damage caused by the animal. We also ask for the guest’s cell-phone number in the event they are out and the animal is causing a disturbance. Our pet fee is $50 per stay.
Children: Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children under five years of age.
Smoking: The Inn at the Oaks is a smoke-free environment.
Excessive Cleaning / Damage: In the rare event that a room or its contents are damaged due to extreme guest negligence or evidence of smoking in the rooms, we must assess a cleaning or replacement charge not to exceed $200.
