Rooms & Suites
Our ten charmingly appointed rooms and suites provide for the utmost comfort and relaxation of our guests. All accommodations tastefully pair the inn’s historic Victorian elegance with carefully considered modern amenities. Each room or suite offers a private bath, air conditioning, cable television, DVD player, ceiling fans, telephone, and wireless Internet (WiFi) access.
The unique character of each room invites guests to explore a new accommodation at each visit or to return to the familiar comfort of a favorite. Rates are based on 2 people in the Getaway and Traditional rooms, and a family of 4 in the Suites. There is an extra person charge of $25 per night in rooms where an extra person can be accommodated.
Suites
Our suites are wonderful accommodation selections for families of all ages. A variety of suite options provide accommodations for four to six occupants. All suites have access to a refrigerator and microwave either en-suite or in the butler’s pantry (for suites located in the Carriage House).

Getaway Rooms
The Getaway Rooms are a special selection of accommodations offering unique amenities to complement the charm of a stay at the inn. Getaway Rooms may include fireplaces, private porches, or claw-footed soaking tubs. These rooms are enticing choices for couples, couples traveling with infants, or for a quiet retreat on a family vacation.

Traditional Rooms
The Traditional Rooms are comfortably appointed accommodations offering either a king bed, a queen bed, or two twin beds. These rooms are perfect choices for travelers of two or three, with the addition of a cot available for a third occupant. Traditional Rooms offer all of the comforts of home set among the traditional elegance of the inn.

Terms
- High Season is Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend.
- Massachusetts State Lodging Tax of 9.7% is not included in rates and will be added to the total reservation.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- There is a minimum stay of 2 nights; 3 nights during holidays. Occasionally, there are one-night stays available, these one-night stays can only be booked by calling the inn.
- Reservations for 3 nights or less must be accompanied by full payment. For longer stays, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance payable upon arrival.
- Cancellations: There is a $25 non-refundable cancellation charge. Cancellations must be made 14 days before arrival date to ensure a refund (less $25 cancellation charge). If cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival, a refund will be given only if the room is re-rented.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors in designated smoking areas.
- Our pet-friendly rooms are our 1st Mates’ Suites. There is a $30/stay pet fee. Pets left in the room alone must be crated.
