Ideal for two, yet room for 4 guests, this cottage features a peaceful primary bedroom and a sun-filled sleeping porch with twin daybeds—perfect for reading, or afternoon naps.

Breakfast at Inn at the Oaks - Cape Cod is the perfect start to a day on the Outer Cape. Each morning begins with a lovely complimentary breakfast served in our historic Queen Anne dining room or on the porch during the warmer months.
Guests enjoy a thoughtfully prepared breakfast featuring freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruit, yogurt, granola, locally inspired specialties, and rotating hot selections along with fresh coffee, tea, and juices.
In the afternoons, guests are invited to enjoy sweet treats, coffee, and tea as they return from the beach, biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or exploring the Cape Cod National Seashore.

- We recently rented eight rooms at Inn at the Oaks - Cape Cod for a team retreat, and it was a fantastic experience. The innkeepers, Maryrose and Bernie, were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay feel like a home away from home. The inn itself is charming and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The included breakfast was a delightful start to each day and we looked forward to the daily homemade baked goods (the brownies were our favorite). We highly recommend staying here the next time you're in Eastham.
- Inn at the Oaks - Cape Cod has a great homey atmosphere. Marirose and Bernie were great at answering questions about the surrounding area and things that were current to explore. They welcomed us at check in with a tour of the common areas and the history of the Inn. We stayed in the Sunrise room and it was bright and airy, with comfortable bedding, and an ensuite bathroom. If you want a clean, homey (like a weekend trip to grandma's, with warm breakfast waffles, cookies, and tea) this is where to stay.
- We spent this past week at the Inn, it’s our favorite place on the Cape. Inn keepers Marirose and Bernie are most welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and always clean. Breakfasts are great with fresh baked pastries , breads for toasting, fresh fruit, yogurt and home made waffles everyday! Close proximity to the National Seashore, bike trail and great restaurants. We’ve been there three times and will definitely go back!
